The C531dn A4 colour desktop printer is perfect for small to medium sized businesses and workgroups, offering maximum return on investment with high efficiency, high capacity consumables and many cost saving features.
With duplex, fast and reliable printing this compact device is suitable for businesses that print large volumes. PCL/PS support is also included for printing graphic files and applications.

In-house printing that saves time and money
The use of High Definition digital LED technology achieves a superior level of print quality. This,  combined with flexible media handling of up to 220gsm and OKI’s unique Template Manager, means that small to medium businesses can now create and print a wide variety of documents and marketing  materials in-house, including business cards, CD/DVD labels, leaflets, presentations and banners up to 1320mm.

This outstanding device has many features that reduce your impact upon the environment, whilst also reducing your on-going costs. A pre-set option automatically powers off devices when not in use. This is in addition to our Deep Sleep mode that places the printers to sleep when not in use and powers up as you request to print a job.

Buying a C531dn means you’re investing in quality. A winning combination of Microfine High Definition toner with ProQ2400 multi-level output and 1200 x 600dpi print resolution consistently delivers stunning colour and crisp, fine detail regardless of the media you’re printing on.

Wide choice of media
True media versatility means you can create a much wider range of documents with the C531dn. Paper sizes can range from A6, through A4 and beyond – right the way up to 1320mm banners. Paper weights of up to 220gsm (medium card) are handled with ease, and the standard paper supply of 350 sheets (including a 100-sheet multi-purpose tray for special media) can be expanded to 880 sheets.

Impressive performance
With the first colour page appearing in just 8 seconds and the rest following at speeds of up to 26ppm (30ppm in mono), The C531dn is ideal for busy workgroups. A powerful 533MHz processor and 256MB memory (expandable to 768MB) lets you handle complex jobs more quickly. Including PCL and PostScript for printing from a greater range of creative applications and easier printing of PDFs.

Built in networking
The C531dn comes with 10/100 TX Ethernet built in, so it’s ready to share on your network.

Designed for ease of use
The toner cartridges (up to 7,000 mono pages and 5,000 colour pages) and the image drum are separate units for maximum uptime, less waste and lower running costs; replacing them is quick and easy. The compact, low profile design of the C531dn gives you easy, arms-reach access to all your printed documents and a backlit LCD display provides clear, real-time information about the status of the printer at all times.
