The C331dn A4 colour desktop printer is perfect for small businesses and workgroups, offering maximum return on investment with high efficiencies and many cost saving features.

With duplex, fast and reliable printing this compact device is suitable for businesses that require professional looking documents but do not print in high volumes or have fewer users per printer. PCL/PS support is also included for printing graphic files and applications.

The use of High Definition digital LED technology achieves a superior level of print quality. This, combined with flexible media handling of up to 220gsm and OKI’s unique Template Manager, means that small businesses or workgroups can now create and print a wide variety of documents and marketing  materials in-house, including business cards, CD/DVD labels, leaflets, presentations and banners up to 1320mm.

Energy saving features that reduces your impact upon the environment
The C331dn has many features that reduce your impact upon the environment, whilst also reducing your on-going costs. A pre-set option automatically powers off devices when not in use. This is in addition to our Deep Sleep mode that places the printers to sleep when not in use and powers up as you request to print a job.

Built for speed
The first colour page appears in just 9 seconds and the rest print at continuous speeds of up to 22ppm (up to 24ppm in mono). Other performance-enhancing features include a fast 533MHz processor and 128MB standard memory, expandable to 640MB. An ECO mode automatically speeds up small, routine jobs, such as printing emails or letters. PCL and PostScript for printing from a greater range of creative applications and easier printing of PDFs.

The C331dn gives a professional look and stylish finish to your documents, thanks to ProQ2400 multi-level output quality, 1200 x 600dpi print resolution and our Microfine High Definition toner.

Versatile printing
With paper sizes ranging from A6 right the way up to 1320mm banners, and the ability to print on medium-heavy card stock of up to 220gsm, the C331dn lets you print more in-house. Its paper supply of 350 sheets (includes a 100-sheet multi-purpose media tray) can be expanded to 880 sheets for longer uninterrupted print runs.

Designed for the environment
The C331dn comes with automatic two-sided printing as standard, helping to reduce paper usage and save money. In addition, the Deep Sleep and Auto-Off modes reduce energy consumption when the printer is not in use.
