At Printer Logic we make it easy to contact us or to place an order in any manner that is convenient to you.

You may order by providing credit card information. We accept VISA, MasterCard and Amex (fees apply).

Note: All pricing on this website is GST inclusive and subject to change (usual disclaimer but we do keep our prices firm). In the case of a significant price increase we will notify you via phone or e-mail prior to authorising your credit card. All consumables are returnable within 7 days, in original unopened packaging. After 7 days we are unable to return them to the manufacturer and there will be a restocking fee if they are returnable. Please notify us promptly if you encounter any problems.

You are only a phone call away, we can service you anywhere from our distributors in most states. See note below for coverage.

Don't be fooled by resellers boasting about their warehousing in all the states or with mobile numbers for the different states. Their lucky to have one warehouse and only distribute through the distributor network.

Don't pay more, thinking you will have better service from a company using the manufacturers name. All our equipment is fully backed by the manufacturers and sourced locally so Australian warranties apply, as we are, and we provide for fast turn around servicing on all our business clients.

Account Form Application

If you wish to apply for an account with Printer Logic, please download the Credit Application terms and conditions, print it out, fill it in and return the original signed form to us at the address below.

Direct Transfer

For security of payment direct transfer the money to our bank account, details below. On payment of Account kindly advise Sales@printerlogic.com.au , fax or phone in confirmation of your payment and we will ship the goods as soon as it is spotted in our account. Place as much detail in the transfer as possible. Thanks

Cash Payments

Payment in person can be made at our office or at any St George Bank account details above. Please fax or send Bank receipts to our office and shipment will be organised.

Credit Card Payments

Our prices are not inflated with built in credit card fees so consequently have to be added if you choose to use a credit card. Payment by credit cards from Australian residents at confirmable Australian addresses and suitable identification are welcome. The fees for these transactions are as follows:

          Visa, MasterCard are at 2%     Amex and others are at 3%

Couriers and Shipment

We guarantee that the goods are released for delivery same day or the latest next day from payment being confirmed. All times quoted are from funds being confirmed in our account. Subject to stock availability, we can confirm stock levels at the time of ordering. Stock levels do change between the customer ordering and Printer Logic releasing the order. If stock becomes unavailable the customer will be advised.

Deliveries to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane are standard next day delivery from release. Other Capital cities take 2 to 3 days extra, country area even more time. Courier delays are outside our control  and assurances are not and can not be given for delivery time.

Standard delivery costs quoted are for normal deliveries for any time between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, excluding public Holidays. Someone must be in attendance to receive the goods when the courier arrives. Deliveries are to the ground floor, easily accessible sites, they will be kerb side and may require assistance if goods require more than one person.

For time critical deliveries or when special instructions are needed please ask for what options are available and for the extra costs involved. Any special delivery instructions must be in writing at time of order. Once delivery is released mode of delivery cannot be changed.

We are one of the BIGGEST holders of stock for Konica Minolta and Fuji Xerox and others are trying to catch up
If your regular guys don't have stock call us. We don't show our stock or the internals (real or otherwise as others do) for security reasons. We do get large deliveries and we do have stock - drop in any time during office hours (9:00 to 5:30 pm - exceptions occur call first). Other times by arrangement.
